The interview was first broadcast through George Kenney's award-winning website "Electric Politics" on January 18, 2008. George Kenney was a U.S. diplomat during the first Bush administration, but he resigned in 1991 over U.S. policy towards the Yugoslav conflict. He is now a writer in Washington, D.C.
